Daily Backup

eWebCircle uses a NAS (network attached storage) for backing up our shared hosting environment, and we back up several terabytes of data and over 20,000,000 files nightly. Backups are retained for a 2 week period and restores of site files or databases are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (one-time $40 fee per incident).

While eWebCircle makes every attempt to keep exact, restorable backups of all files stored on their servers, there are times when data may become corrupted and unusable. Therefore, it is always a good idea for site owners/developers to keep current copies of all site files on their own systems in addition to the backups provided by eWebCircle.

Also, while restores are available 24/7/365, there may be instances where a restore is not prudent at the time of request due to a variety of reasons (e.g. backup of the server is currently running, etc.) so some delay may occur
